How we handle personal data under the PDPA.
Effective Date: July 2026. This Privacy Policy explains how WizReg Technologies ("we", "us" or "our") collects, uses, discloses and protects personal data in accordance with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act 2012 ("PDPA").
1. Scope
We are the exclusive authorised reseller and implementation partner for Wizpresso's regulatory technology solutions in Singapore, including Wizpresso Diligence and Wizpresso Adnoto. Wizpresso remains the owner, developer and licensor of the software platform.
This Privacy Policy applies to personal data collected through:
- www.wizregtech.com;
- our marketing, sales and demonstration activities;
- customer onboarding and support services;
- our provision of reseller, implementation and customer success services relating to Wizpresso products.
This Policy does not govern the processing of customer data within a customer's deployment or use of Wizpresso Diligence or Wizpresso Adnoto where:
- Wizpresso processes the data as the platform provider;
- we act solely on the documented instructions of the customer; or
- such processing is governed by the applicable customer agreement, subscription agreement or data processing agreement.
Where we process personal data solely on behalf of a customer, we do so as a service provider in accordance with our contractual obligations to that customer.
2. Personal Data We Collect
Depending on your interactions with us, we may collect personal data including:
- name;
- job title;
- employer;
- business email address;
- telephone number;
- correspondence, enquiries and documents you provide;
- information submitted when requesting demonstrations, support or marketing materials; and
- technical information such as IP address, browser type, operating system, device information and website usage information collected through cookies or similar technologies.
Where you provide personal data relating to another individual, you confirm that you have obtained the necessary authority or consent to provide such information to us.
3. Purposes for Collection, Use and Disclosure
We may collect, use and disclose your personal data for purposes including:
- responding to enquiries and requests;
- arranging demonstrations, proof-of-concepts and product evaluations;
- providing implementation, onboarding, training and customer support;
- administering customer accounts and commercial relationships;
- communicating service notices, product updates and regulatory developments;
- improving our website, services and customer experience;
- complying with contractual, legal and regulatory obligations;
- establishing, exercising or defending legal rights; and
- any other purpose notified to you at the time of collection or otherwise permitted under the PDPA.
Where required by law, we will obtain your consent before sending marketing communications. You may withdraw your consent at any time.
4. Disclosure of Personal Data
We may disclose personal data to:
- Wizpresso, as the software owner, developer and platform provider;
- cloud hosting providers and infrastructure providers supporting the platform;
- implementation, technical support and managed service providers;
- professional advisers including legal, accounting and audit advisers;
- payment service providers (where applicable);
- regulators, government authorities or law enforcement agencies where required by law; and
- other third parties where disclosure is authorised or permitted under applicable law.
Where we disclose personal data to Wizpresso or our service providers, we take reasonable steps to ensure they are contractually required to protect the personal data and use it only for authorised purposes.
We do not sell personal data.
5. Overseas Transfers
As part of providing our services, personal data may be transferred to, stored in or accessed from jurisdictions outside Singapore, including by Wizpresso and its authorised service providers.
Where personal data is transferred outside Singapore, we will take reasonable steps to ensure that recipients provide a standard of protection comparable to that required under the PDPA, including through contractual safeguards or other legally recognised protection mechanisms.
6. Customer Data and Deployment
Wizpresso Diligence and Wizpresso Adnoto may be deployed using:
- Private Cloud;
- On-Premise infrastructure; or
- other deployment models agreed with the customer.
Customers with specific data residency, security or regulatory requirements should refer to their applicable customer agreement.
Where we provide implementation, onboarding or technical support services, we process customer data only to the extent necessary to perform those services and in accordance with our contractual obligations.
Intellectual property rights in Wizpresso Diligence, Wizpresso Adnoto and the underlying software remain owned by Wizpresso. Our role is limited to the authorised resale, implementation, customer support and related professional services within Singapore unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required or permitted by law, contractual obligations or legitimate business purposes.
When personal data is no longer required, we will securely delete, anonymise or otherwise dispose of it.
8. Your Rights
Subject to the PDPA, you may:
- request access to personal data we hold about you;
- request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data;
- withdraw consent for future collection, use or disclosure where consent is the legal basis; and
- opt out of receiving marketing communications.
We may charge a reasonable administrative fee for access requests where permitted under the PDPA.
9. Cookies and Website Analytics
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to improve website functionality, understand website usage and enhance user experience.
You may configure your browser to reject cookies, although certain website features may not function properly.
10. Security
We implement reasonable administrative, physical and technical safeguards to protect personal data against unauthorised access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification, disposal or similar risks.
Our services are supported by Wizpresso's ISO 27001:2022-certified information security management framework where applicable, together with our own internal security and access control measures.
11. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may amend this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be published on our website together with its effective date.
Your continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes your acknowledgement of the updated Privacy Policy.
